Project
IISc is embarking on a large initiative in Digital Health. A number of faculty of the Institute from several engineering and science departments came together to form an organic group to define and pursue research and outreach in the area of digital health. A number of collaborators, including other academic institutions, hospitals, government organizations, industry, and startup companies are also approached to create a collective effort that is sustainable. The overarching goals of the IISc
Digital Health Project are to step up clinical research and improve healthcare delivery. Through basic and translational research, the DHealth project aims to enhance affordability and accessibility of healthcare in the country. Alongside, a number of impactful and futuristic research areas are identified. If you want to become a partner in this endeavour, we very much like to hear from you.
